Christmas Turkey dinner training

Knowing I could not hold my extremely high fitness level through until September, I opted to get obese during the holidays. Then build up again in the new year.
Feast / Famine training theory, I call it.

Expecting to get some serious jikes and bikes in January.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

poor, poor Andy

Life is tough in the Caribbean.

Up where the REAL MEN train it looks more like this.

In fact, Madrazo set the Universe record, running one 9mile section in about 21minutes.

I am [...]

how best to monitor our training?

Our FART website — FastFarts.wordpress.com — will send you an email notice every time something new is posted.
Andy asks, “How do I post my training schedule?”
Good question.
(Though that would bring uncomfortable attention to those team-mates who are slacking off. Remember, Andy … The F in FART stands for FUN.)
