Rick PB – 3x stair climb

Got a good few hours mountain biking in North Vancouver on Saturday.

But the highlight was Thursday: cycled to the infamous stairs from Princess Island Park up to Crescent Heights and ran up and down 3 times without stopping.


This was a first. I’ve been trying to do it for the past 25years, unsuccessfully.

Whoo. Hoo.

Ideally, I plan to get out 4x each week for a 3hr+ exercise stint. Normally it will be cycling plus an additional bricklet.

    Great work, Rick! I know this has been a real goal for you! Excellent! I wish I had been there to do it with you! We’ve came a fair ways since running up the stairs at Barbara’s lake cabin in July! Keep up the great work! Missed you in Vegas!
