Got a good few hours mountain biking in North Vancouver on Saturday.
But the highlight was Thursday: cycled to the infamous stairs from Princess Island Park up to Crescent Heights and ran up and down 3 times without stopping.
This was a first. I’ve been trying to do it for the past 25years, unsuccessfully.
Ideally, I plan to get out 4x each week for a 3hr+ exercise stint. Normally it will be cycling plus an additional bricklet.
