I continue to be envious of all of you, because you seem to be managing to get much more workout in than me, and much more variety too! Good for you! me on the other hand, continue to get pulled away by my work obligations and/or neuroses….
Last week I logged 4hr 45 min total energy system workout; plus of course weights, flexibility, abs, which don’t count in my tally. For me it is a good day if I can get on the bike or treadmill for 30 min/day, at this point
Looking forward to a hike in Seattle, if I can get the crew out the door early enough on Monday!
